Understanding Modmount Fees

Modmount Services Limited, known henceforth as “Modmount,” offers a range of financial services to its clients. Modmount Services Limited is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles with license number: SD119. Modmount Services Limited’s registration number is 8426105-1. In the realm of financial trading, transparency regarding fees is crucial for clients to make informed decisions. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of the fees associated with Modmount’s services:

1. Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals from Modmount accounts are subject to various fees depending on the method used:

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Card, E-wallets: 0%*
  • Wire Transfer: 30 USD or equivalent based on the account currency.
  • Clients should note that any third-party payment or transfer charges will be borne by them. Modmount will debit the relevant Trading Account for these charges.

2. Inactivity Fees

Modmount reserves the right to charge inactivity fees on accounts with no transactions for at least one month or more. The fees are structured as follows:

  • 0 to 30 days: No fee
  • After 30 days: 100 USD or equivalent based on the account currency
  • After 60 days: 250 USD or equivalent based on the account currency
  • After 180 days: 500 USD or equivalent based on the account currency

Clients should acknowledge their liability for and agree to pay the applicable fee as notified by Modmount from time to time.

3. Maintenance Fee

A monthly Maintenance Fee is charged regardless of trading activity on the Trading Account. However, if there are no transactions for at least two months, Modmount reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee instead. The fee is set at 10 USD or equivalent based on the account currency.

4. Spread Information

Spread refers to the difference between the bid (sell) and ask (buy) price, presented in pips. It reflects the cost of opening a position.

5. Additional Fees

Clients may be subject to additional fees for processing and exchange rate conversions.

6. Swap Information

Swap is the interest added or deducted from the value of a position held open overnight. Modmount applies fixed swap fees for commodities and indices. The value of swap rates may change rapidly due to market conditions and risk-related matters at Modmount’s discretion.

7. Deposit Fees

There are no deposit fees charged to clients by Modmount.✅

8. Financing Fees

Modmount does not charge financing fees to its clients.
